What We Do

A Well-Rounded Training Development Program

Enjoy the ball when we have it, get it back when we don't

With a heightened focus on developing the technical skills of an individual player, our sessions will increase their ability to maintain possession, improve their speed of play, and allow them to be more successful on the field.

What's on the Menu?

Whatever your player needs to focus on!

Training Academy

Depending on the level, you can expect your player to work on anything from first touch, technical passing/receiving, game IQ, speed of play, movement off the ball, and verbal communication. We’re here to create well-rounded players who’ve mastered “playing simple”.

  • First Touch
  • Passing Range
  • Decision Making
  • Game Management
  • Increasing Game IQ
  • Position Specific Details
  • Spatial Awareness & Timing
  • Composure On & Off the Ball
  • Actions In & Out of Possession
  • Mental Endurance & Visualization
  • Verbal & Non-verbal Communication
Freestyle

Freestyle is designed for players to expand their creativity and comfortability on the ball through large amounts of repetitions in dribbling sequences, learning new fancy foot skills, and dominating the 1v1.

  • The more comfortable a player is with the ball at their feet, the easier it is to advance onto the more challenging aspects of the game. Mastery of the ball improves a player’s ability to impact a game.
  • Music is used to help players develop rhythmic memory to the movements, almost as if they are dancing with the ball at their feet.
  • A guaranteed 6:1 player to coach ratio gives our players the guidance needed to make mistakes and learn how to avoid repeating them.
  •
Topics of Freestyle
  • Lateral and Linear Footwork
  • Creative Turns
  • Using Skills at Speed
  • Creative Receiving Skills
  • Dribbling in Tight Spaces
  • Top Speed While Dribbling
  • Change of Speed While Dribbling
  • Dribbling Against Multiple Opponents
  • Building Confidence Through Technique
  • Speed/Agility/Quickness With & Without the Ball
Striking

Designed to strengthen the striking techniques through proper body mechanics, repetition, and game scenarios. We’ll ensure the player has a good understanding of how to perform with proper composure and confidence in front of the goal.

  • Speed of Shot
  • Accuracy & Placement in Goal
  • Proper Ball-Striking Techniques with All Different Parts of the Foot
  • Timing & Placement of Planting Foot
  • Power Through the Hip & Follow Through
  • Passing Patterns & Movement Leading Up to Goal

Improve anticipation, regain ball possession, and dominate the opponent. With focuses varying from defending a 1v1, proper use of the body to control space, defending in layers, etc., we guarantee our players will win on both sides of the ball!

Focuses on the fundamentals in footwork, saving high/medium/low balls, and injury prevention. We “dive” into mental strength, situational awareness, and decision making. All the techniques in the world are great to have, but knowing which technique to use when and why is a mandatory element of our training.

  • Distribution
  • Angles of Play
  • High/Low Saves
  • Footwork & Agility
  • Saving the Breakaway
  • Hand-Eye Coordination
  • Communication
  • Judgment on Crosses
Foundational
Beginning with coordination and agility, we’re striving to gain total ball mastery. Players will start with learning skill movements in a static setting, then progress to using those movements “on the dribble” to learn going forward and the proper timing of when to use skill movements to successfully pass defenders. This sense of mobility with and without the ball should feel like second nature.

What to Expect
  • A low player to coach ratio providing  attention to detail is key and coaches make timely corrections to ensure your player is learning proper technique.
  • S.A.Q (Speed/Agility/Quickness).
  • Skill movements that will be introduced, then, overtime, expected to do at speed and with a defender (“hook, push, tap, roll, sole stop, iniesta, backwards L, maradona, insides, outsides”).
  • Natural ball control, effortlessly able to keep the ball in possession.
Prepare to Hear
  • Kid: “Whoa dad! Check out this new skill I learned!”
  • Sideline Buzz: “Who’s that player?? Where do they train?”
  • Coach: “Her first touch and ability to control the ball has improved so much!”

Our team training allows coaches and clubs to develop their group with a detailed focus. We offer our services in the following areas: Mental, Physical, Tactical, and Technical.
